As summer settles in and the vibrant energy of July surrounds us, we find ourselves to have reached high summer.

Evenings stretching languidly, trees swaying in gentle breezes and the blue skies endless in their beauty.

This is a time to enjoy the luxury of the season and to reflect on all that has been achieved this year so far; the season to embrace the present, immerse ourselves in the tranquillity of nature, and find solace in life’s simple pleasures.

This month, nature brings us a harvest of broad beans, English peas & strawberries, and baby courgettes.
