At the Bar
We are starting with a good selection of beers, wines and spirits, just to get us going and as we get a chance to assess demand, we will be adding and possibly subtracting as necessary.
Beers and Ciders – 16 beers on pump and a further 16 behind the bar, plus we do also have a decent selection of low/no alcohol beers and cider for those of you who are driving or looking to keep your wits about you.
Wines – 18 wines by the glass, and premium wines by the bottle, enough to keep the oenophiles happy.
Spirits – A standard and premium range of gins and tonics served with all the right garnishes. Our gin list currently runs at 16, although that number will grow over time. Plus: 17 whiskies, 8 rums and the usual selection of vodkas, brandies and summer deck favourites.
From the kitchen
Our menu is short but well-rounded. We will be adding to the specials board on a very regular basis and this menu is by no means final, but it gives you an idea of where we’re going…
Wherever possible we will be minimising food miles and using seasonal produce on our specials board.
