As the days grow longer and the weather begins to thaw, March heralds the arrival of a bounty of seasonal produce. Tender asparagus, crisp radishes, flavoursome leeks and vibrant greens emerge from the earth, signalling the start of a new growing season.  

March is a time of transition and renewal, both in nature and in the kitchen. With each meal shared and each dish prepared, we honour the timeless connection between food and the changing rhythms of the natural world.


Grilled Scallop in the Shell, XO Sauce.

Beautiful grilled scallops nestled in their shells, with a savoury XO sauce. Tender meatiness with an explosion of umami and spice.  


Our wine of the month is El Otro Lado, a beautiful orange wine which delivers soft, floral notes following an 8-10 month maceration process. 
The organic wine gives heady blossom aromas, with flavours of apricots and quince stone fruits.
