June brings yet another month containing an enchanted time:

Dave’s culinary journey is marked by a stellar history of gourmet artistry, with notable stints at Bibendum, Gordon Ramsay’s Boxwood Café, Claridges, and Le Talbooth.

At The Unruly Pig, he lives by the mantra of “unfussy food, expertly prepared with unwavering skill, care, and boundless passion”, which has resulted in the Gastropub being awarded Best Gastropub in the UK 2022, and being Michelin guide listed.
