As summer settles in and the vibrant energy of July surrounds us, we find ourselves to have reached high summer.
This is a time to enjoy the luxury of the season and to reflect on all that has been achieved this year so far; the season to embrace the present, immerse ourselves in the tranquillity of nature, and find solace in life’s simple pleasures.
This month, nature brings us a harvest of Broad Beans, English peas & Strawberries, and Baby Courgettes.

From the freshest shellfish from the West of Scotland, be prepared for our sustainably sourced shucked Oysters, Lobster and Prawns.
