November, the final fling for the forager before winter sets in. It can be a beautiful month as the trees reach their full glowing autumn colour, picked up by the low winter light.
In the kitchen, we’ll be looking in the British Isles for Penny Bun Bolete (ceps), Chestnuts, Quince and of course continue with great Scottish Game and Venison.
This month, we will celebrate the new year of Beaujolais in our Prix Fixe menu for a week from Monday the 14th (watch out for Escargots En Jardiniere and our favourite Petit Salé) before we move on to our special Thanksgiving treats the following week, for our all our friends across the pond.
