To officially welcome the start of Spring’s stunning produce, we hosted our Spring Lamb & Wine Dinner on Thursday 20th March.
Chef Emily Greenough, curated an exquisite 5 course menu using our good friend Bill’s very own Chiltern Lamb.
The menu featured dishes such as Kofta with Flatbread, Mint and Cucumber and Pickled Chillies followed by Seared Lamb Breast, Smoked Apricot, Barley, Lambs Lettuce and ending with Best End Cutlet, Sweetbread, Wild Garlic and Asparagus.
