ON THE PLATES
Roast Chiltern Venison, Faggot, Braised Cavolo Nero, Pickled Pear
Our delicious Venison is sourced from our local and trusted supplier Chiltern Venison. We receive the whole venison which throughout November you will see different cuts used in various dishes on our menu.
IN THE SHAKER
The Italian liqueur Italicus is produced in the Italian town of Moncalieri, after which our November cocktail is named.
In “Moncalieri” you will find flavour notes of earthy melon and light citrus, delivering a beautiful balance between sweet and bitter, giving way to a complex and long-lasting finish.
Ingredients include Madori, Italicus Liqueur, Cranberry Juice, Lime Juice, Fig Syrup, Angostura & Foaming Bitters.
